Jackstraw Mountain is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Mary's Lake. Walk to the lake for fishing or skipping stones. The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, as well as an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. Sit on the upper private deck with a cup of cocoa and enjoy the surrounding views.

The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub, and a shower. The master suite also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, as well as the laundry area down the hall. The outside patio is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park.

• The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA

• These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums

• SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards

• Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation

• Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit

• Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack

• Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit

What to be aware of:

• Please do not mail or ship anything to this home
• No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply
• No outside fires
• Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight
• Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving
• Must be at least 25 years old to rent this home
• Quiet time at 9pm
• Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line
• Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town
• Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival
• Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills
• Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
