Tradewinds welcomes you to the perfect beach getaway, offering attractive coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful details throughout the home. Ceiling fans in every bedroom enhance comfort, and a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for extra guests. Designed with relaxation in mind, this home is ideal for families seeking a laid-back coastal escape.

Unwind on the front or back deck, each furnished with cozy rocking chairs, or enjoy an evening cookout using the park grill. Additional conveniences include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and guest storage for beach gear. The beach is just steps away, accessible via a ramped boardwalk for easy entry.

The closest beach access is located between 1135 & 1139 OBW.

For weekly rentals, bed linens are provided for beds in the bedrooms (linens for the sleeper sofa are not included). Towels are not provided but may be rented through Property Manager.

Guests will also receive a welcome amenity bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit; however, guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.

Please note that this home is not pet-friendly. While the owner occasionally brings a personal pet to the property, no pets or smoking are permitted for renters. Guests with severe pet allergies may wish to consider an alternate property.
