From your slip, enjoy peaceful mornings on the water and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Cruise along the scenic Carrot Island Channel, where you may even catch a glimpse of the famous wild horses that roam nearby.

Inside, you’ll find ample space for everyone to relax and gather. In addition to the main living room, the home features a second living room area with plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for movie nights, game days, or giving everyone their own space to unwind. The primary suite features a comfortable queen bed, private ensuite bath, and a cozy seating area just off the bedroom—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down with a good book. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-Boat lift is not for guest use
