When it’s time for fun in the sun, head down to the large outdoor pool with plenty of space for lounging. There’s also a grassy area for kids to run and play, and a gated boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. Bring your own beach gear or rent chairs and umbrellas onsite during the busy season. This stretch of beach offers plenty of room to spread out and truly unwind. Grills are available along the front of the building, perfect for cooking up a steak or your fresh catch of the day.

One of the best features of Sunswept is its unbeatable location. Rouses Market is just across the street to the east, and Neighborhood Walmart is directly across to the west. Several restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach supply stores are within walking distance, so you can leave the car parked. You’re also just a short drive from popular events like the National Shrimp Festival in October, the Mullet Toss in April, and concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater.
