The primary suite includes a queen bed, a single futon, private deck access, and an en‑suite bathroom with a walk‑in shower, while two additional bedrooms—each with a full bed and single futon —provide comfortable accommodations for up to 11 guests. Outside, an expansive covered deck with chairs and a table invites you to relax in the Gulf breeze, and the downstairs area offers additional seating, a picnic table, tiki bar, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. With ample parking, WiFi, smart TVs, this home is designed for effortless vacation living. Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
11 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
