The open living area creates an easy space to gather — share meals, play games, or unwind with a movie night on the large Smart TV. With comfortable seating and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s a place where memories are made.

The Home
Gather Together is thoughtfully laid out with families and longer stays in mind. The bright, open floor plan allows for easy flow between spaces, while large windows bring in plenty of natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for home-cooked meals, with ample counter space and room to gather around the dining table. Just off the kitchen, a dedicated desk area provides a convenient spot for remote work or planning your daily adventures.
Down the hallway from the living room, you’ll find the private primary bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located nearby — each furnished with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, making them ideal for children, teens, or extra guests. A spacious full guest bathroom is also conveniently located along the hallway.

• Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with important arrival details. Two hours before check-in, a text message will be sent with the property address and your smart lock door code.
Good Neighbor House Rules
Our goal is to make this a wonderful and memorable vacation for you. Please review the Good Neighbor sign posted in the guest directory for details.
• Sound – quiet hours 10pm to 8am unless posted differently in the home.
• Trash – keep trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in provided bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage containers.
• Smoking – no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home, please dispose of all butts outside in appropriate trash containers.

Pet Specific Rules (only for those properties that are advertised as pet friendly)
We love our furry friends, however; they have rules just like we do. If extra cleaning is necessary due to rule violations, an additional fee will be applied.
• Keep pets off furniture and beds.
• Exercise pets outside. The neighbors do not appreciate visits from our four-legged friends so please take extra care to keep a close eye on them.
• Do not leave pets unattended, if you must leave them at home alone, they must be kenneled.
• Please clean up after your furry friend before leaving. Small trash bags are provided.
