This elevated first-floor condo places you just steps from private beach access—ideal for Sanibel’s famous shelling, peaceful shoreline walks, and great shore fishing. Tucked past the island’s bend, this stretch of beach is known for its beautiful sunsets, making evenings on the sand especially memorable.

This thoughtfully updated condo features light coastal décor and inviting spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The open living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortable accent chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The media cabinet is stocked with books, games, and puzzles for laid-back evenings or the occasional rainy day.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached en-suite bath, creating a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. The spacious guest bedroom also features a king bed and flat-screen TV, along with generous storage space. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom.

A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi is provided, along with beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, and umbrella—everything you need for easy days by the Gulf.

Please note: Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible by stairs only, so please plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs.
