Salt Proof – Relaxed Crystal Beach Getaway with Space to Spread Out

If you’re looking for a comfortable beach house with plenty of room for family and friends, Salt Proof is a great spot to settle in and enjoy Crystal Beach. This home offers a relaxed coastal feel, generous sleeping space, and plenty of room indoors and out for everyone to gather, unwind, and make the most of their time on Bolivar Peninsula.

The main living area is open and welcoming, with comfortable seating and plenty of space for everyone to hang out together after a day on the beach. The living room flows right into the kitchen and dining area, making it easy for the group to stay connected.

The kitchen comes stocked with the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay, and there’s plenty of seating nearby for casual breakfasts, dinners, or late-night snacks.

Sleeping Arrangements

Salt Proof comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it a good option for larger families or groups traveling together.

Bedroom 2 – 2 Queen beds

Bedroom 3 – 2 sets Full/Full Bunk Beds

Outdoor Space

Like most great beach houses, a lot of the fun happens outside. Guests can enjoy Gulf view and deck space for relaxing in the coastal breeze and gathering with friends and family. Downstairs there’s covered space and outdoor bar area where you can take a break from the sun, cook out, or just enjoy the laid-back pace of Crystal Beach life.

After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the grill for an easy beach dinner.
Location

Salt Proof is located on the Bolivar Peninsula in Crystal Beach, just a short drive from beach access and close to local restaurants, shops, and stores. The area is known for its wide beaches, fishing, and relaxed atmosphere that keeps families coming back year after year.

Primary Bedroom (King), Bedroom 2 (2 Queen beds), Bedroom 3 ( 2 Full/Full bunk beds). Primary Bath (Tub and Separate Shower), Guest Bath (Tub/Shower Combo), Half bath w/ outdoor shower.

BEACH ACCESS: Located on beach access road.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays, Spring Break / Events)

ARRIVAL DAYS: MONDAY OR FRIDAY, DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY AND THURSDAY (Depending upon reservations already set in place, for alternative arrival and departure days, please call our office)

PETS ALLOWED with Approval and Fee

10-20% INCREASE APPLIED TO RATES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK AND CERTAIN EVENTS.

All Property Manager vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

This home works well with PELICANS'S LANDING, OHANA and all houses in the GATEWAY and STINGAREE subdivisions.

Even when provided, Internet Access/Satellite TV/Cell service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula, as we are a rural community and weather sensitive area. We apologize, but Property Manager cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.
