• We will collect a $1,500 deposit
• Balance is due 60 days before arrival
• If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded
• If canceled between 61 and 89 days before arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit
• No cancellation or modification 60 days or less before arrival
