• Home is only a 4-minute walk to the private beach access. Beach Access is between 231-235 OBW: Leaving the house turn left, walk down the street to Boyd St. turn right, cross Ocean Blvd and walk through the tree lined arch onto the beach.
• Homeowner provides a guest starter pack for each rental. (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods, etc.) This owner makes sure you have everything you need to start your vacation. Bed Linens, Beach/Bath towels & bath mats are provided for all rentals.
• Ground level has parking for three vehicles, private enclosed outdoor shower, storage area, and rear patio deck with gas grilling area.
