As you enter Polo Beach Club 305, you will be drawn to the breathtaking views from this expansive lanai. Spend your days gazing at the beautiful Maui waters. Dine alfresco or lounge with your favorite book. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer seamless indoor/outdoor living.
The living area is open and welcoming. A great place to gather and listen to the soothing sound of the ocean or enjoy a movie. Complete with a sectional and a large flat-screen TV. There is a dining area with seating for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plate ware, and utensils, as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. A quaint breakfast nook allows for additional seating.
Your primary bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views and access to the private lanai. There is a king bed with luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The primary bath offers a nice vanity area, a shower/tub combo, and plenty of closet space.
Your guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The guest bath is located conveniently just off the guest bedroom. A full-size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.
Central AC throughout makes this condo comfortable all year round.
The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.
Red Tag Parking Policy (Winter Season)
To help manage parking during our busiest months, our Red Tag Parking Period is in effect each winter season from December 15th through Easter Sunday (April 5th this year).
Red parking passes allow parking in the upper lot only. You may get the pass at the Front Office for you to use during your stay. You will need to park in the stalls inside of the entrance gate. Vehicles with a red parking pass may not park in the basement garage.
If the upper lot is full, guests will need to park off property.
Important Policy Details:
During this period, any vehicle associated with an occupied unit should be actively used and not stored in the garage.
A red-tagged vehicle found in the basement will receive one warning, followed by nightly fines of $200 charged to the unit owner.
We ask all owners and guests to follow this policy to ensure fair and efficient use of parking during our high-occupancy season. Thank you for your cooperation!
