The first guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, soft pastel colors, and an ensuite bathroom. Waking up to Gulf views and having access to the balcony are perks of staying in this room. The second guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed and beautiful decor. It has an ensuite bathroom, making it perfect for kids to hang out in. The king-sized master suite takes up one whole side of the condo and features a large, comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom has a separate tub, shower, and double vanities. With so much to do, don't forget to take time to relax and enjoy the warm sugar sand beaches that make this destination one of the best in America.

For entertainment, The Hub on 30A is a quick 10-minute walk down the bike path from the house. It's also a short bike ride away. The Hub is a great venue for kids, families, and couples, offering areas to lounge, eat, and run around, as well as a variety of food vendors. There is a large amphitheater where you can find musicians playing one night and college game day football on a projection screen the next. There is fun for everyone at The Hub!

• This condo does not have access to WaterSound Beach Club.
• Golf carts are not permitted within WaterSound. Bike and other rental needs can be arranged.

Reservation/Booking Policy:

• Minimum age: All properties require at least one adult over the age of 26 to stay throughout the rental term.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay, which will be added to your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days have the option to add a mid-stay clean.

Rates: Saturday to Saturday only - Spring Break and Summer
