• Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival

• Nightly pricing includes up to 5 guests. Additional guest fee applies for guests 6–10

• Trailer parking is not permitted per Palm Coast regulations, though local storage options are available nearby

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.
