Step into 'Edgewater Cove,' a bright and welcoming 11th-floor condo designed for relaxation. This spacious, open-concept living area features:

THE RESORT
Guests will enjoy private access to the entire 11th-floor condo. A seamless check-in is provided via a keyless entry keypad, eliminating the need to wait at the front desk. Convenient elevators are available to take you directly to your unit.

• Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the rental. These items are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.
• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
