OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• Rental Agreement: To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within 1 hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damages up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation.
• Private Management: Your stay is managed privately. The resort front desk will not be able to assist with your reservation or any in-room needs. Please contact us directly for assistance.
• Beach Gear: We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas. These items are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.
