• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours after booking.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. I’m happy to provide local trailer storage options if needed.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.
