🏡 Inside the House
Main Floor:
Step into a bright, welcoming foyer that opens into a cozy dining room—ideal for shared meals and game-night laughs. The country kitchen features charming original floor-to-ceiling cabinets and is thoughtfully stocked with the essential cookware, dishware, and utensils for the number of guests the home accommodates. We keep things minimalist and practical here—think mason jars for glassware and just the right amount of what you need, so you can enjoy a simple and comfortable stay.
Off the kitchen, you’ll find a mudroom with washer/dryer, a half bath, and a circular flow through each thoughtfully decorated room.
Note: The wood stove pictured in the foyer is decorative only.
Relax in the cozy living room or get a little remote work done in the adjoining office space.
Upstairs:
Three comfortable bedrooms—king, queen, and full—each with clothes storage, fans, and light-blocking shades for restful sleep. The full bathroom features a charming vintage tub/shower combo.
🌳 Outdoor Vibes
Set on a ¼-acre lot, the home has street parking, stone steps to the front porch, and a shaded front yard perfect for morning coffee. Out back, enjoy views of open fields and woods—often visited by deer and wild turkeys! Wind down your summer day around the Solo Stove fire pit with s’mores, stargazing, or late-night chats. 🔥

The house is in the bucolic hamlet of Bovina Center. Home to around 500 residents, Bovina is a refreshing, step back in time kind of place. People wave when they drive past you. You may see kids doing wheelies down the street in the summer. And the fresh country air brings people outside year round to bike, run and walk dogs. A short walk down the street brings you to library, playground and general store.
Delaware County NY is a four season vacation destination. In the summertime there are yard sales, farmers markets, fairs and more. Outdoor activities include hiking, biking and fishing. Fall is for leaf peeping. Drive down the country roads, pick apples and pumpkins and enjoy nearby town harvest festivals. Winter is packed full of activities. There are two ski centers nearby that offer tubing, skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing (as well as summer activities like hiking, biking and concerts). Restaurants often showcase locally made or grown food like cheese, bread, meat, fruit and vegetables. Shops abound, there's always something to see!

2WD and RWD vehicles don’t do well in snow or ice here. Always check the forecast before traveling.
