• Check-In/Out:
  Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior request.

• Housekeeping:
  Your unit is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee upon request.

• Safety
  For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.

• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

• Parking Limitations
  No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
