Your cozy A-frame cabin tucked among the pines in rural Upstate New York. Set on a quiet dead-end road, this peaceful retreat offers both seclusion and convenience—just a short drive from local villages, hiking trails, and endless Catskills adventures. And yes, dogs are welcome.

At 412 square feet, this intimate space is ideal for solo travelers looking to reset or couples seeking a relaxed, nostalgic place to slow down and reconnect. Thoughtfully furnished with vintage finds and soft textures, Sunday Hollow feels like a warm hug, with something new to discover in every corner.

Kitchen
Enter through the efficient, well-stocked kitchen—perfect for preparing meals. While there’s no microwave or dishwasher, you’ll find everything else you need for easy cooking and comfortable dining.

Living & Dining Area
The adjoining living space features a plush sofa, dining table for four, and lovely views of the woods. In cooler months, the wood stove adds warmth and charm for cozy nights in.

Bathroom
Simple and functional, the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Main Floor Bedroom: Full-size bed with cozy linens
Loft Bedroom: Queen bed accessed by ladder-style stairs. Curtains provide shade for sleeping in, and the view from above makes the climb worth it.

Outdoor Living
The newly renovated back deck is a guest favorite—perfect for dining al fresco, grilling on the charcoal barbecue, or relaxing with a view of the pond.

Guests have access to all area of the cabin. There is a small shed on the property that is not included in the reservation and should not be entered.

We are only an email or phone call away and are available as needed.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action as soon as possible but there is no one living on-site.

A vehicle is needed to enjoy the countryside. There is no or limited Uber or cab service in the area.

Before You Arrive – Please Read
We want your stay to be safe, comfortable, and smooth. Here are a few important details to know before and during your visit:

Loft Ladder Access
The loft bedroom is accessed via a ladder. Guests should be comfortable climbing. For families, we recommend children sleep in the main floor bedroom for safety.

Country Setting = Country Visitors
Sunday Hollow is nestled in nature. While we treat the exterior, insects or the occasional mouse may sneak in—this is part of rural living. If you’re phobic of wildlife, this may not be the best fit.

Cell Service & Arrival Tips
There is no cell service at the house. Please enable WiFi Calling on your phone.
Be sure to screenshot your arrival instructions before traveling.

Natural Swimming Pond
The stream-fed pond is great for a summer dip! It's not chemically treated, so expect a refreshing, natural swim.

Dog-Friendly
We’re happy to host one well-behaved dog (with prior approval and a pet fee). A cat visits occasionally—not ideal for guests with cat allergies.

Staying Cool

A portable AC unit is available for use during hot summer days. The Catskills are typically mild, but we’ve got you covered if it heats up!

The driveway is plowed and shoveled, and we provide a shovel for your use.
