On-site Resident: Please be aware that one long-term tenant lives on-site. They are very respectful of guest privacy and keep to themselves.

Resident Pet: The tenant has a super sweet dog named Molly, who is typically with her owner in their room.

Security: For your peace of mind, the exterior of the property is monitored by a Ring Camera system.
