Welcome to your private room in our quiet and comfortable four-bedroom home. Your personal retreat features a cozy queen-size Nectar platform bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room is equipped with a 32" TCL Smart TV with Roku, blackout shades for privacy, and a closet for your belongings.

As our guest, you're invited to make yourself at home in our shared spaces. Unwind in the living room, share a meal in the dining area, or prepare your favorite dishes in the modern kitchen. You will share a full bathroom, located right next to your room, with just one other person. An additional half-bathroom is also available for your convenience.

Guest Access
Enjoy seamless, key-free entry with our smart lock system. You will have full access to your private bedroom and all common areas, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and both bathrooms. Laundry facilities are also available for your use; we just ask that you provide your own detergent.

The Neighborhood
Our home is nestled in the peaceful town of Stoneham, MA, offering a perfect base for your travels. We are conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from the heart of Boston and only 7 minutes from the bustling Burlington tech plaza.

For local recreation, the Stoneham Zoo and the tranquil Stoneham Reservoir are both a short, 7-minute drive away, offering wonderful opportunities for a leisurely afternoon outdoors.

Getting Around
Exploring the area is simple and convenient. Access to public transportation, with connections to Boston and beyond, is located just down the street from our home.
