The house is a short 5 minute drive to many restaurants, shops, farmer's market, Whole Foods, Safeway, Basha supermarkets, Snap fitness club and many other points of interest.

Inside, the home offers over 2,300 square feet of elegant living space that features 3 bedroom plus den/office with a queen size sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The thoughtful layout with master suite and 2 guest bedroom on different wings and a grand open-concept living area with soaring 11’ ceilings, exposed wood beams, dining table, spacious kitchen and a cozy gas fireplace in the middle.
The house is perfect for those who appreciate quiet neighborhood and relaxing surroundings.

• The house features large, fully stocked Kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas stove top and electric wall oven), granite counters, center island, and a big walk-in pantry.
• There is an easy access from Kitchen/Dining to the large Covered Patio with large outdoor dining table, outdoor propane grill, outdoor sauna and a private fenced backyard with amazing views of Thunder Mountain & Chimney Rock.
• The backyard is perfect for star gazing while relaxing by the firepit.
• The living room has a grand space with 11’ ceiling, massive wood beams and a large gas fireplace.
• The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, smart 55” TV, small office desk and adjoining His and Hers Walk-In Closets. The adjoining Master Bath has a double sink, large walk-in shower and separate spa tub with jets.
• Guest Bedroom 1 has King size bed and guest bedroom 2 has queen size bed with smart TV.
. Den features queen size sofa sleeper and working space with custom work desk.
• Separate Laundry room has large washer and dryer, with storage cabinets and chest freezer
• Additional amenities include oversized 2-car garage, whole house and drinking water filtration systems, and water softener; High speed internet and 3 smart TVs
