We want your arrival to be effortless, so a few quick, standard steps happen before check-in — all handled online in minutes:

• A short check-in form so we have your details ready
• A quick rental agreement (standard for the home)
• A refundable $100 incidental hold, collected separately from your reservation total and returned after checkout

Nothing complicated — just the same easy process our guests breeze through before settling in.

Pet policy: We genuinely welcome pets — your first pet stays free, and each additional pet is a small $75 fee. We just ask that pets are crated when left unattended so the home stays perfect for the next guest and their four-legged companion.

A couple of housekeeping notes: the home is equipped with smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit for your safety, and there are exterior security cameras at the entrances (never inside). Quiet hours keep our residential neighbors happy, and check-out is an easy 11 AM.
