• Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions, including your unique keyless entry code, will be sent to you via the messaging platform 30 minutes prior to your scheduled check-in time on your arrival day.

• Parking: Please be aware there is ONLY ONE parking space available for the condo. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.

• Specialty Vehicles: Please be aware that, per Grande Cayman Resort policy, motorcycles and trailers are strictly not permitted on the premises.

• Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be completed within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee that covers accidental damages up to $1,000, eliminating the need for a large security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
