Please also note that due to our homes convenient 10 minute distance from the airport, you may hear plane noises overhead at different times during the day.o

This home is stocked with bath towels, fresh linens, hair dyers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and an iron. We also provide a starter kit of one roll paper towel, one scrub sponge and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest.

Ocean Beach (often abbreviated as OB) is a laid-back and eclectic neighborhood. The main street of Newport Ave is located 1 mile from the home. It features shopping, restaurants local bars/breweries and and large beachfront area where you can swim and surf.

Our house is situated in an exceptionally walkable neighborhood, surrounded by coffee shops, convenience stores, and even a couple of restaurants. For those who enjoy longer strolls, the downtown beach area is just about a mile away, offering a picturesque setting for a leisurely walk. Once there, you can explore the area on foot. If you're planning to venture further, we recommend using Uber. Additionally, you have the option to rent e-bikes to fully appreciate the beautiful sights of San Diego. While parking around the house is plentiful, it's worth noting that parking in downtown Ocean Beach can be a bit challenging.
