• Guests must provide names and vehicle information in advance for community gate registration.

• This is a second-floor condo with easy elevator access.

• Trailer parking is not permitted per Palm Coast regulations. Local trailer storage options can be provided upon request.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.
