A Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damages up to $1,000. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

This condo is privately owned and managed. Resort amenities (pools, tram, restaurants, etc.) and their hours are managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and are subject to change based on season or maintenance without notice.
